Marconi Union created this eight minute track, ‘Weightless’ in collaboration with the British Academy of Sound Therapy. The continuous rhythm of 60 bpm causes brainwaves and heart rate to synchronize, before gradually slowing to 50 bpm.
It is described by many scientific researchers as the ‘most relaxing song ever’.
